We are seeking expressions of interest for dedicated and compassionate Casual Support Workers to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive timely and appropriate support tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to individuals with disabilities, including care and assistance with daily living activities such as serving meals, personal care, mobility, and medication needs.
3. Monitor the mental and physical condition of clients, reporting any changes or anomalies to relevant medical staff.
4. Organize and accompany clients on social outings, educational classes, and doctor appointments.
5. Assist clients with physical therapy exercises and other rehabilitative treatments.
6. Foster a supportive, safe, and clean environment for clients.
7. Maintain accurate records of client’s daily activities and health information.
8. Respect clients’ privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications:

2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a disability or community care setting (not essential).
3. Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (Your availability can be flexible).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. High levels of patience, empathy, and resilience.
7. Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel may be required.
8. Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting clients with mobility and carrying out household chores.
9. Hold a current Working With Children Check and NDIS Screening Check.
