Assistance with Daily Living
We can assist you with your tasks of daily life to help you live as independently as possible. Our team of caring support workers offer support to make sure your day-to-day routine is achievable and manageable. We understand that each person has different needs and requirements, so we work with you to develop a personalised care plan, describing the exact assistance you require.
Accessing the Community
Part of achieving your goals is to be active in the community. Our support workers are attentive and encouraging, and take pride in fostering a positive and uplifting attitude. They can guide and accompany you to events and activities, and everyday outings like attending appointments, grocery and leisure shopping, social outings, and even trying a new hobby and getting around the community.
EYDS will work with you, as well as your health care and allied health workers, to assist you in planning your social, community and recreational activities.
Assistance with Personal Care
Personal care supports are available for assistance with personal tasks in daily life. Whether this be showering, dressing, toileting, or mobility and transfers, our support team is there for you.
Short Term Accommodation
Our short Term Accommodation and respite support will provide you with care, accommodation, food, and activities when you need to live out of home for a short period of time.
